The location of the B&B is fantastic, right across the street from the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail which offers about 7 miles of hiking, some of which is very scenic. there are numerous wineries in the area, making it a great destination for wine lovers. the Inn's porch provides a lovely view of the 200-year-old Wagener apple trees, creating a picturesque setting for relaxation.

greatly enjoyed the fact, that the bathroom was spotless. i would recommend this inn. 3-star hotel in penn yan. the location was not far from everything i wanted to do.

the breakfast was delicious, especially the unique fruit spread and pastries. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby hiking trails and scenic drives. We also appreciated the personalized recommendations from the friendly staff for local dining and activities.

Charming and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely decor. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants.
The bathrooms were small and cramped, making it difficult for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The inn keeper was not very present and lacked a warm personality.
